Free Standard Shipping: We proudly offer free delivery on all orders, regardless of size or destination.Expedited Shipping: We currently do not offer expedited shipping due to the nature of our international dropshipping logistics.

Tracking Your Michka Order

Providing you with visibility into your pet supply delivery is a priority.

Tracking Number: Once your order is processed and dispatched (within 3–7 business days), you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email. Tracking Information: This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to track the journey of your package.Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the email.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Michka is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after international shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

By purchasing from Michka, you agree to pay any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs charges levied by your country.If a package is refused by the customer due to customs charges, the customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping costs and a potential restocking fee.

Handling Shipping Issues

Multiple Shipments

To ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible, especially when ordering products from different categories (e.g., pet food and grooming tools), items in a single order may be shipped in separate packages. You will be provided with a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in Transit: If your package’s tracking information shows no movement for more than 15 consecutive business days after the last update (25 days for international orders), please contact us at bellevuejean19@gmail.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.Delivered but Not Received (Stolen): If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service immediately to investigate. Michka cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
